Hi, I’m Chrissy, the creator behind CLEAN by Chrissy. In the spring of 2023, I found myself facing some unexpected health challenges. After consulting with a functional health doctor, it was discovered the root cause was an autoimmune condition.

This journey led me to reduce the toxins in my life, and with the encouragement of those close to me, I felt inspired to share my passion with you.
